MediaQueue is an add on plugin to the MediaSign Lite solution. It adds functionality of queue management in a simple to use right out of the box experience. The solution allows for multiple queues with each queue serviced by multiple windows or counters.

MediaQueue is purchased as a package add-on to the MediaSign Lite PCTV1100 with associated supporting hardware. 

The following are included in the package: 

        a) MediaSign Lite Licensed PCTV1100 with MediaQueue Plugin 

        b) 9” Dual Boot Tablet

        c) Bluetooth Wireless Printer with Battery

This solution does not require additional software to be installed as the complete queue engine resides in the PCTV1100. All it requires is a display and a client workstation for window/counter operations as well as a wireless network.

MediaQueue user interface allows for the creation of multiple queues (groups) with support for multiple windows/counters. Users simple access the appropriate queue from the tablet which communicates with the printer to print a queue number. Counters can then use their existing PCs or even mobile phones to access the queue list which calls on the next available number for queue servicing as the interface is simply a small HTML page. 

Template design is flexible using HTML5. Some sample templates are provided for the client to modify to fit their display needs.
